Arellano bags fifth straight NCAA cheerleading crown

MANILA, Philippines — Arellano University extended its dynastic reign in the NCAA when it topped Season 99 of the cheerleading competition for the fifth straight time before a sizable crowd at the Filoil EcoOil Arena.

The Chiefsquad got the nod of the judges when it elicited the highest score of 253.5 points to complete a fantastic five-peat feat that went with a cool purse worth P100,000.
