BATANGAS CITY — Mataas na Kahoy Vice Mayor Jay Manalo Ilagan, who is also the president of the Vice Mayors League, is offering a reward to whoever can give information that will lead to the arrest of the perpetrators for the killing of a Bauan businessman.

Ilagan said he is offering a P500,000 cash reward for anyone who can pinpoint the whereabouts of the killer of Carmen Maranan, the owner of Maranan Resort.
