TUGUEGARAO CITY — In a bid to help alleviate possible floodings in the future, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) team members presented their plan for the Cagayan River Basin flood control project to Gov. Manuel Mamba and his department heads at the governor's office at the Capitol Main building, Tuguegarao City, on Tuesday.

The presentation was led by deputy team leader Daisuke Fujita, hydrologist Nguyen Xuan Tinh and project researcher Reynel Mojica, with officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
