THE Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) bared its multibillion-peso flagship projects that will transform Clark as one of the country's leading economic centers.
In a statement, CIAC Vice President for Operations and Business Group Brando Aguilera cited the P8.5-billion food hub as one of the priority projects of the company.
