SC creates channel for information on erring justices, judges, court personnel

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court created a channel where the public can send information on violations of corruption laws and ethics rules involving justices, judges, and court personnel.

Based on Memorandum Order 72-2024 issued by the high court, violations may involve extortion of money, gift or favor from any litigant or counsel of any party in exchange for any result or for the service of any process including warrants, summons, writs of execution.
