THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is set to send Barko ng Republika ng Pilipinas Gabriela Silang, its first offshore patrol vessel, to the Regional Marine Pollution Exercise (Marpolex) in Bacolod next week.
The other participating nations in the oil spill response drill are Indonesia and Japan.
