MANILA, Philippines — Former president Rodrigo Duterte and his "hired vloggers" are to blame for the resignation of Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s Cabinet, Presidential Adviser on Poverty Alleviation Lorenzo "Larry' Gadon" said Thursday.

But Gadon defended the vice president against criticisms by some netizens that her resignation as Education secretary, and as vice chairman of the National Task Force to End Local Communists Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) was due to her "incompetence."
