Filipinos stay resilient amid uncertainties

THE Philippines is a united country commonly defined for its hospitality. This trait creates a sense of belonging and collectivity — or 'bayanihan' — between peers, leading to another well-known Filipino trait: resiliency.

These thoughts come from Eicyd Rico, a Filipino senior high school student at the Philippine High School For The Arts in Los Baños, Laguna.
