Guo: I am a Filipino

BAMBAN, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo said China did not recognize dual citizenship as she insisted that she was a Filipino, contrary to insinuations that she was a spy.

In a statement on Wednesday, Guo pointed out that she was 'required and secured a visa' whenever she visited China.
