BAMBAN, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo said China did not recognize dual citizenship as she insisted that she was a Filipino, contrary to insinuations that she was a spy.
In a statement on Wednesday, Guo pointed out that she was "required and secured a visa" whenever she visited China.
