FORMER government officials led by erstwhile Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) chief Greco Belgica launched Pilipino Tayo Movement (PTM) at the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City on Wednesday.
The group pushed Constitutional convention (Con-con) to amend the 1987 Constitution.
