Chinese disguised as Vanuatuan arrested

ALERT immigration officers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) arrested over the weekend a suspected Chinese masquerading as a Vanuatuan before he could board a Thai Airways flight to Bangkok.

Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco on Sunday identified the passenger as Alex Cooper, 43, holder of a Vanuatu passport.
