RAIDS conducted by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) have bared criminal acts inside Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGO) facilities in two Luzon towns.
PAOCC spokesman Winston John Casio said POGOs in Bamban, Tarlac and Porac, Pampanga were found to be involved in sexual exploitation, torture, kidnapping, and murder.
