LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — The provincial government here said it will continue to assert its ownership over the mountain village of Malico in San Nicolas town, adding that Pangasinan province never lost the village to Nueva Vizcaya.
In his Independence Day speech here, Gov. Ramon Guico III said that Malico will be developed as one of Pangasinan's five tourism hubs, which include Alaminos City and the towns of Bolinao, Lingayen and Manaoag.
