DAVAO CITY — The suspect in the killing of a Davao Occidental provincial prosecutor has been arrested shortly after the incident took place Monday afternoon in Digos City, Davao del Sur.
Digos City Police identified the victim as prosecutor Eleanor Polancos de la Peña, 54, and a resident of Tienda, Barangay Aplaya, Digos City.
