TARLAC CITY — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) expects the consolidation rate of public utility vehicles (PUV) in Central Luzon to increase.

LTFRB Regional Director Aminoden Guro said that under the public transportation modernization program (PTMP), Central Luzon's consolidation rate has increased to 81 percent from 54 percent in 2022.
