ILOILO CITY — The city and provincial government of Iloilo said they will follow President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s executive order (EO) mandating the singing of the "Bagong Pilipinas" hymn and reciting of the pledge as part of the flag raising ceremonies.
While the flag rites of the city government on Monday did not include yet the singing of the hymn, Mayor Jerry Treñas said they would adhere to the President's directive.
