MANILA, Philippines — EASTERLY winds have re-emerged and are affecting most parts of the country particularly the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Wednesday.
The easterlies - winds from the east that pass through the Pacific Ocean and bring warm and humid weather - are affecting Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region, Pagasa said.
