LEFTIST lawmakers on Tuesday filed a bill seeking to ban Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) and their operations, saying they "have increasingly become a social menace."
The measure, House Bill 10525, was filed by ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro, Gabriela Women's Party Rep. Arlene Brosas, and Kabataan Rep. Raoul Manuel, all belonging to the Makabayan bloc in the House.
