MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) spotted off Agusan del Norte is expected to dissipate in 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday.
Weather specialist Rhea Torres said the LPA was estimated some 145 kilometers west-northwest of Butuan City, Agusan del Norte or over the coastal waters of Garcia Hernandez, Bohol.
