Alas U18 suffers first loss in 22nd Princess Cup

MANILA, Philippines — Alas Pilipinas collapsed over host country Thailand, losing via sweep, 25-15, 25-12, 25-11, in the 22nd Princess Cup U18 Women's Southeast Asian Volleyball Championship at Nakhon Pathom in Thailand on Wednesday.

The national team suffered its first defeat and now tallied a 2-1 win-loss record, while Thailand remained undefeated with a 3-0 card.
