Treñas to declare DPWH exec persona non grata

ILOILO CITY — Mayor Jerry Treñas revealed plans to declare the head of the Department of Public Works and Highways-Iloilo City District Engineering Office (DPWH-Icdeo) persona non grata for supposedly disrespecting him.

The mayor said copies of the persona non grata document for Icdeo engineer De Roy Pacanan will be sent to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan and DPWH-6 Director Sanny Boy Oropel.
