CEBU CITY — The Office of the President has denied Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama's request for a preventive suspension order against Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia of the province of Cebu.
In a copy of the decision posted by the Cebu Provincial Capitol's social media arm Sugbo News on Saturday, Malacañang said that the allegations raised by Rama against the governor were insufficient to warrant the issuance of the requested order after conducting preliminary evaluation of the complaint.
