P43M illegal drugs seized in Region 6 in May

ILOILO CITY — The intensified campaign against illegal drugs by the Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) in May led to the confiscation of P43.3 million worth of shabu and marijuana.

PRO-6 Director BGen. Jack Wanky said that a total of 6,022 grams of shabu, with a market value of P40.9 million, were seized, along with 29 kilograms of marijuana, estimated to be worth P2.4 million.
