NBI probes 'wedding scam' in Cebu

CEBU CITY — Over 50 couples have reportedly fallen prey to what authorities described as a wedding scam perpetrated by an unidentified wedding planner in Cebu province.

Reports said the wedding planner has defrauded about 54 couples in Cebu of around P4 million.
