Baguio City student commended for honesty

BAGUIO CITY — A student was recently commended by city officials here for her simple act of kindness and honesty.

In a resolution, the city legislators said that the local government takes pride in having citizens like Ruth Eloica Batang who exemplified values worthy of emulation not only by fellow students and youth but by all members of the community.
