Arts challenge held for PDLs in Bulacan

ARTS and crafts, as well as songs written by persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), were the main highlights of the first regional BIDA Painting, Handicraft Making and Songwriting Challenge held recently at SM City Marilao.

Veronica Cunan, SM City Marilao public relations officer, said on Wednesday that the event featuring at least 37 jail units of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Central Luzon was held last May 30.
