SEN. Joel Villanueva has sought an inquiry into the reported lack of access of overseas Filipinos (OFs) to government services for the correction of civil registration records in Philippine embassies.
The senator said that concerned OFs were told to return to the Philippines and have their requests processed with the appropriate government agency.
