CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — A local court has issued a permanent injunction against the Cagayan de Oro Bulk Water Inc. (COBI), restraining the water distributors from disconnecting water supply in Cagayan de Oro City.
In a decision dated June 3, 2024, the court granted the petition with a permanent writ of preliminary injunction (WPI), restraining Metropac Water Investment Corporation, COBI, Rio Verde Water Consortium Inc. and all its agents from disconnecting water supply in Cagayan de Oro City.
