Comelec Commissioner Rey Bulay and Philippine Consul Cecille Joyce Lao inspect the HP-printed ballots that would be used in the 2025 midterm elections in the Philippines. Bulay and Lao attended the Miru-Comelec Day in Düsseldorf, Germany on June 3, 2024 that showcased the systems set up by Miru, the poll body's South Korean service provider, and its partner HP. Miru Systems Vice President Ken Cho and Arnon Goldman, General Manager of Industrial Print at HP, were also present in the event.
