BARMM's gains under CAB highlighted

A HIGH-RANKING official of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) on Monday cited the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) which has resulted in sustainable progress and harmony not just within the region but also in the whole country.

BARMM Chief Minister Ahod Ebrahim said during an interview on Monday that the signing of CAB on March 27, 2014 has paved the way for the establishment of BARMM, which then resulted in a decline in poverty rates in the region.
