Comelec, Miru witness test-run of HP-printed sample ballots for PH midterm polls

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) attended the largest printing equipment exhibition in the world in Germany which showcased the systems that would be used in the Philippines' 2025 midterm elections.

In a statement, Comelec Commissioner Rey Bulay and Philippine Consul Cecille Joyce Lao were among those present at Drupa 2024, along with representatives from Miru, the poll body's South Korean-based service provider, and its partner, HP, to witness a test-run of the HP-printed sample ballots during the Miru-Comelec Day in Düsseldorf on June 3, 2024.
