Heart Evangelista faces 'new world' as head of Senate spouses

MANILA, Philippines — Actress-model Heart Evangelista admitted that she was nervous about her 'new world' as the wife of Senate President Francis Escudero who, she said, was willing to help her fulfill her duties as the new head of the Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. (SSFI).

Evangelista on Wednesday took her oath as the new president of the SSFI following the 'automatic' removal of Audrey Zubiri as SSFI head when her husband, Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri, was ousted as Senate chief on May 20.
