A LEADING real estate developer in the Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday announced P14.5 billion in capital expenditures (capex) for 2024, which includes spending for a maiden project in Luzon.
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) chief operating officer Jose Franco Soberano told the company's annual stockholders' meeting in Cebu City that the P14.5-billion capex this year — up from 2023's P12.89 billion — was an all-time high.
