MANILA, Philippines — Germany and France, through their embassies in Manila, have appealed to the Philippines to ratify the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances.
France and Germany Embassies hosted the 2nd Franco-German Human Rights Gathering to mark the International Week of the Disappeared, as they discussed enforced disappearances in the Philippines.
