DEFENSE Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. on Saturday held bilateral talks with defense ministers from Lithuania, Canada and New Zealand to deepen defense and security cooperation with their countries.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 21st International Institute for Strategic Studies Shangri-La Dialogue (SLD) in Singapore on Friday.
