(UPDATE) THE 110,000 automated counting machines (ACMs) that will be used in the 2025 elections are expected to be delivered as scheduled by the end of the year.
Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman George Erwin Garcia said over the weekend an initial 20,000 ACMs would arrive from the Miru Systems manufacturing plant in South Korea by August.
