Lapu-Lapu mayor resigns from PDP

CEBU CITY — Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP) has lost another ally in Cebu after Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard Chan announced his departure from the political party.

In his resignation letter dated May 31, 2024, Chan said he aligned his decisions to 'work harmoniously' with other neighboring local government units in Cebu.
