Marcos, Lithuanian PM push rules-based order

The Philippines was engaged in a territorial dispute with China, while Lithuania has been dealing with the same issue with Russia.

Lithuania, a former Soviet state and member of the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, supports Ukraine in its war against Russia.
