MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) sought understanding and cooperation from passengers when flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) have to be halted due to bad weather and lightning.
MIAA issued the statement after several lightning alerts were issued on May 29.
