GCash, AB Capital waive broker's fee

FINANCIAL technology platform GCash and stockbrokerage partner AB Capital Securities Inc. are waiving a P20 broker's fee on trading transactions on the GStocks PH platform.

They will instead charge a flat commission fee of 0.25 percent, a move said to be in line with a Securities and Exchange Commission decision in April removing the minimum commission that stockbrokers may charge for transactions below P8,000.
