Ex-mayor fined for grave misconduct

CEBU CITY — The Office of the Ombudsman has issued a one-year suspension order against former Cebu City mayor Tommy Osmeña for a case filed against him in 2018.

Osmeña last held the position in 2019 after losing the mayoralty that same year to the late former mayor Edgardo Labella, who died in 2021.
