Bus rider discards shabu at checkpoint

DAVAO CITY — Police operatives are hunting down a man who allegedly tossed out a box of shabu worth about P14.4 million at a checkpoint in Barangay Lacson, Calinan District here on Wednesday afternoon.

The unidentified man, described by the authorities as wearing a black shirt, sunglasses, and jeans, was among the passengers of a Rural Tour bus that stopped for a routine screening at the checkpoint.
