Luzon grid placed under yellow alert

THE National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) issued a yellow alert for the Luzon grid on Thursday following forced outages in several power plants.

The yellow alert was issued for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
