DoJ finds cause to charge court employee for bribery

THE Department of Justice (DoJ) has found probable cause to indict a Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 108 staff for direct bribery.

A complaint was filed by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against the clerk of court, who allegedly solicited P5 million from a defendant in exchange for a favorable decision.
