CEBU CITY — Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia announced her resignation from the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP) on Tuesday.
Garcia cited an "irreconcilable conflict" stemming from a complaint as the primary reason for her resignation in a letter addressed to PDP President Jose Alvarez.
