(UPDATE) SENATE President Francis Escudero said on Tuesday that he would not support the people's initiative (PI) seeking to modify the 1987 Constitution.
"A people's initiative for a unified Congress vote, absolutely not," Escudero, a known critic of Charter change, said in a radio interview.
