Kiefer Ravena turns free agent as contract with Shiga expires

MANILA, Philippines — Kiefer Ravena joined the growing list of Filipino free agents as his contract with the Shiga Lakes recently expired.

The shifty Filipino playmaker concluded his third season in the Japan B.League that saw him lead the Lakes to the B2 title on the strength of his per-game averages of 12.4 points, 5.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.1 steals.
