MANILA, Philippines -- The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lifted all storm signals as Typhoon "Aghon" slightly weakens while moving away from the landmass.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres said the center of the typhoon was estimated some 315 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan while moving north-eastward at 15 kilometers per hour (kph) with maximum sustained winds of 130kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160kph.
