China, Japan leaders join Seoul Summit

(UPDATE) SEOUL — The premiers of China and Japan have arrived in the capital of South Korea on Sunday for their first trilateral meeting in five years, which is assumed to focus on economic issues instead of geopolitical concerns.

Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will meet with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol separately after their arrival in the South Korean capital.
